Ettihad bills one subscription per community, to the manager. Most buildings add it to the monthly dues, so the cost is shared across the units — no one pays Ettihad directly except the manager.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every community gets the first 3 months free, including compounds up to 2,000 units. After that your plan's price applies, and you can cancel anytime.
Why are large compounds priced per request?
Because scale is a strength here, not a limit. Ettihad's fan-out architecture is built to handle hundreds of thousands of dues and announcements — and it scales with the resources behind it. So the biggest compounds get dedicated infrastructure — their own database, environment and domain — sized to the community, with an optional SLA. Because that capacity is provisioned to your size, we price it per request.
