No — Ettihad bills one subscription per community, to the manager. Many buildings add it to the monthly dues, so it's shared across the units.
Does Ettihad hold our money?
No. Your money never flows through us. Ettihad keeps the record; payments settle directly between residents and the building.
Can residents chat with each other?
No. Announcements are one-way — the manager broadcasts and residents can react, but it isn't a group chat.
Is it really bilingual?
Yes. The whole app and the co-manager work in Arabic and English, fully right-to-left.
