01
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, payment-proof images, and the financial records created in your communities such as dues, credits, and settlements. We also collect sign-in identifiers, push-notification tokens, and limited device, analytics, and crash signals needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
02
How we use information
We use information to operate the community-management service, connect you to the right communities, process dues and payments, send notifications, and support core app features. We also use it to improve reliability, diagnose failures, and protect the service from abuse.
03
AI features
For community managers, AI-assistant chat messages may be processed by AI service providers to answer questions and help with community operations. Receipt and payment-proof images may also be processed by AI services to extract or verify financial details.
04
Sharing and service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, file storage, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and AI-assisted features. These providers process data only to help us operate, secure, and improve Ettihad. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use personal data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
05
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to operate communities, support financial transactions, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. When an account is deleted, personal identifiers are removed or anonymized, while financial ledger records may remain in anonymized form to preserve accounting integrity.
06
Security and your choices
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service is completely risk free. You can request access to, update, or delete your account data from the app, or contact us at support@ettihad.org for help.
