You must provide accurate information and keep the sign-in method linked to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you notify us that access was lost or misused.

Acceptable use
You may use Ettihad only for lawful community purposes. You must not impersonate others, upload harmful content, manipulate financial records, send spam, or misuse the AI assistant or other parts of the service.

Your community responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit, including payment proofs and community details. Community managers are also responsible for reviewing community settings and payment instructions and for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable local rules.

Service availability and no warranty
Ettihad is provided as a tool for community finance and operations, not as a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally suitable service.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security risks, or activity that could harm a community or expose the service to legal risk. Your access may also be removed when you leave a community or when a community removes you under its management rules.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise for your relationship with us.
